SUN LIFE HOMECARE

Ready for your in-home assessment and our services proposal?
Determining the level and scope of care needed for yourself, a loved one, or even new mothers with their babies can be a complex task, given that each individual's needs are unique.
The first step involves a complimentary assessment, which can be done in person or over the phone. Once you're ready, we'll conduct a thorough assessment of your home care needs, taking into account your medical history, current cognitive and physical state, as well as your personal preferences.
We'll rely on Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) to better understand your needs. ADLs include essential tasks such as eating, bathing, and mobility, while IADLs encompass more complex activities like grocery shopping and financial management.
Additionally, for new mothers, we'll also assess their care needs for both themselves and their babies, considering activities such as breastfeeding, diaper changes, infant basic care, and emotional support.
